General comments
1-2 weken pre-operatief sputumkweek inzetten op banale kweek en gist/schimmel kweek. Op basis hiervan wordt het empirisch beeld eventueel aangepast. Overleg met kinderinfectioloog.
Antibiotica wordt gecontinueerd tot en met detubatie en/of gedurende 7 dagen post-operatief. Indien eerder dan 7 dagen post-OK gedetubeerd wordt, geldt die dag als stopdatum voor de antibiotica.
