Overweeg gentamicine toe te voegen aan amoxicilline/clavulaanzuur of flucloxacilline bij septische patiënt

Houdt rekening met het resultaat van eerder afgenomen kweken en recent antibiotica gebruik

Op geleide van kweken therapie aanpassen

Duur van de behandeling afhankelijk van het klinisch beloop, maar minstens drie weken.

Gentamicine toevoegen na > 72 uur ziekenhuisopname
